Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nanoush Boutique, you can request refunds and exchanges within 3 to 5 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. A proof of purchase is required.

- *Exchanges:* Contact us within 3 to 5 days for size, color, or item swaps (subject to availability).
- *Refunds:* Issued after inspection of returned items; shipping fees are not refunded.
- *Return Shipping:* Customers cover return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
