Refund & Exchange Policy
At Nanoush Boutique, we want you to shop with absolute confidence. That is why we provide at the beginning door inspection while the courier waits.

 Instant Returns & Exchanges: You can check the size, quality, and condition of your items immediately upon delivery. If you change your mind, simply hand the items back to the courier right then and there.

 Shipping Fees: If you decide to reject or return the order at the door, you are only required to pay the delivery/shipping fee to the courier.

 After the Courier Leaves: Please note that once the courier leaves and the order is accepted, we cannot accommodate further refunds or exchanges.
